Stainless Steel Bearings
Stainless steel bearings are specially developed anti-corrosion rolling bearings manufactured from stainless steel materials. Compared with ordinary chrome steel bearings, they feature excellent resistance to rust, oxidation and weak acid and alkali corrosion. These bearings can work stably in humid, watery, dusty and chemical fog environments.
Stainless steel bearings mostly adopt AISI440, AISI304 and AISI316 stainless steel as raw materials. Different material grades satisfy diverse corrosion requirements. The products retain low-friction smooth rotation performance. Multiple sealing structures are optional, effectively preventing water and impurities from invading the internal rolling area.

They are widely applied in food machinery, marine equipment, medical instruments, water treatment facilities, chemical equipment and outdoor automation devices. Stainless steel bearings reduce maintenance frequency in harsh environments. Custom sizes and miniature specifications are available. With reliable anti-rust capacity, they become the preferred rolling components for equipment that demands long-term corrosion resistance.
